“I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said the order would take 10 minutes, but I didn’t hear her clearly, so I politely repeated her sentence as a question just to make sure I understood correctly. After that, I went back to my car and returned a few minutes later, asking to use the restroom. Even though the restroom was empty, she rudely told me I couldn’t use it and, with a very disrespectful tone, told me to wait outside. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.”
